Supports Restful Sleep*: With uses dating back to the 11th century, valerian has traditionally been used to support restful sleep.* Valerian Nighttime uses valerian from farms in European countries like Poland, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria, where it grows best. Contains 320 mg of valerian extract per serving and lemon balm leaf extract.
Direction: Adults take 2 tablets one hour before bedtime. Not for use in children 12 years and under. Do not exceed recommended dose.
